Look forward to genuine, non-artificial flavours, a fine mix of popular Austrian specialities and creative gourmet cuisine, using plenty of local ingredients that haven’t that come straight from the local farmer or at least haven’t been transported over great distances. We consciously cook without glutamate, but rather use lots of fresh herbs from our herb garden. This is what typifies our culinary delights at the Kitzspitz.
