Triassic Park on the Steinplatte in Waidring

Interactive indoor exhibition and large outdoor area themed on the Triassic era. With a 210 m² mini lake, the highest sandy beach in the Alps, Triassic Beach as well as a climbing crag, waterfall, raft and dinosaurs in the lake. There is also the Triassic Trail, themed hiking path with fossils, ammonites and much more.

‘Familienland’ is just 10 minutes from the 4 star Hotel Kitzspitz, with plenty of attractions such as wild rafting, a roller-coaster, pirate ship, giant trampoline, wave side, petting zoo, climbing hall and indoor soft play facilities for bad weather. Something else that is very well suited to the bad weather - the salt water inhalation grotto there.
