In every refurbishment, or re-building, we put a great deal of thought into choosing facilities, setting up rooms and suites in such a way that they will become your favourite place; a place where you feel great.
With large glass frontages, natural oak wood flooring, natural stone tiles and warm colours, we try to bring nature into the rooms and team high-quality wood with contemporary living style. Elegant and yet traditional for the mountains; simply cosy - a place to enjoy your well-being time.

Rooms with views to the garden, meadows and mountains
Light-suffused, bright rooms and suites with fantastic views to the natural surroundings. All our rooms have a balcony, some even have a terrace. All south-facing rooms in the main building (‘Fichte’ and ‘Bergblick’) and in the pool house (‘Lavendel’ and ‘Melisse’) have views to the nature garden and the Buchensteinwand.
All new north-facing ‘Minze’ Junior suites and ‘Wildrose’ suites (and the 2 x ‘Lavendel’ suites) in the main building have their own properly separate, more peaceful balconies for that extra bit of privacy and also views to the meadows, forest and mountains. Our 2 ‘Minze’ Junior suites are much sought-after, with their windows looking out to the Lofer Mountains, but pssst ... don’t tell anyone!

What are the check-in and check-out times for my accommodation in Pillerseetal?
- On the day we are due to arrive, your rooms or suites will be available from 14.00.
- On the day you are due to depart we would ask that you vacate your room by 11.00 at the latest.
- Please let us know if you will be arriving after 20.00.
Can you arrive in the Kitzspitz earlier than 14.00, your accommodation in the Kitzbühel Alps?
Yes, of course, but we cannot promise that your room will be ready at that time. For a surcharge, you can also enjoy breakfast here with us and then go and do something, e.g. go for a walk, a hike or cross-country skiing/skiing.
On the day I am due to depart, can I still use the wellness area in your 4 star hotel in Pillerseetal?
For a nominal amount of € 20 per person, on the day you are due to depart you can still use the wellness area until 18.00 and also get to enjoy the afternoon buffet. Late check-out with rooms for € 35 per person is only available for a short time, if your room is not to be occupied by another guest after you.
Is there a car park in Hotel Kitzspitz in Pillerseetal?
A free car parking space is available for your car, many suites include a parking space in the garage or a car port space.
There are also a few car port spaces (100 m) for an additional charge of € 8,0 per day, or garage for € 12,0
Is Hotel Kitzspitz a hotel with an e-charging stations?
We have 4 charging points for electric cars with 11kw, per charge € 16,00 (Hybrid €8,00)
Can I reserve a specific room number or a set table in Hotel Kitzspitz?
We are happy to take note of your preferred room or table requests and will of course do our very best to fulfil this, but we cannot make any guarantees. It often depends upon which day of the week you are arriving.
